M: Pink.

O: Blue.

What’s your favourite workout?

M: Running or a plyo circuit.

O: Running… on a good day.

What’s your favourite cheat meal?

M: Baked goods of any kind.

O: Mac & Cheese.

M: Vanilla.

O: Vanilla.

What’s your favourite season?

M: Autumn. (sweater weather)

O: Autumn.

What three countries are on your travel bucket list?

M: Greece, Thailand, Australia, & the UK.

O: Thailand, Dubai & Australia.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

M: Peanut butter…nuff’ said.

O: Reality TV… like most of the Real Housewives series.

What’s your favourite TV show right now?

M: Say Yes to the Dress or Grey’s Anatomy.

O: The Handmaid’s Tale.

Who’s your favourite artist right now?

M: Ariana Grande.

O: Justin Bieber, always.

How do you take your coffee?

M: Black.

O: Black, is there any other way?

Do you have any tattoos?

M: Are you crazy? No way!

O: Nope.

What are you fitness goals?

M: Slim down and tone up!

O: Tone up from head-to-toe and figure out what works best for my body to stay in shape.

What is your favourite healthy snack?

M: Frozen bananas.

O: Anything that involves sweet potatoes, black beans, or both. And, hot sauce on the side.

Who possesses your fitness #goals?

M: Whitney Simmons or Kayla Itsines.

O: Kirsty Godso.

What is your favorite animal? 

M: Dogs.

O: Monkeys.

What is one beauty product you can’t live without?

M: IT Cosmetics ByeBye Redness.

O: Chapstick.

What is your favourite fitness brand?

M: Lululemon

O: Nike

How do get yourself to the gym when you’re lacking motivation?

M: One word; caffeine.

O: What she said.

What does balance mean to you?

M: TRYING to make make the best decisions I can in terms work, fitness, diet, and my social life on a daily basis! Moderation is key.

O: Allowing myself to have off-days and not feeling guilty about them. Knowing your goals but allowing yourself to be human is my perfect balance.

If you could switch careers with anyone in the world, who would it be?

M: Jillian Michaels.

O: Anna Wintour, Martha Stewart (post jail time) or Kim Kardashian.
