STAYING FIT ON THE 4TH OF JULY

You didn’t think we would forget our neighbours to the south, did you? With the buzz of Canada Day 150 still hanging on, we can’t help but want to keep the party going and celebrate the 4th, too.

Today is the day to do all things American! Go to a baseball game, eat a hot dog, go to a state fair, visit the beach… the list goes on. Among all of that, why not get a great workout in! Our favorite trainers on the web, Tone It Up, have an appropriate themed ‘Stars and Striped’ workout to power through before you party in the USA.
