Have you ever heard of adding fats, like coconut oil and butter, to your coffee? You probably have. It seems like a weird concept but there is definitely a method behind the madness.

Instead of making our coffee Bulletproof, I’m making matcha Bulletproof instead. Here’s what you need!
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 cup boiled water
- 1 tsp – 1 tbsp Brain Octane Oil (work up to 1 tbsp over a few days to avoid stomach upset)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp grass-fed butter (optional; we still try to avoid dairy)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (if drinking post-workout)
