TRY THIS POST-WORKOUT PEACH SMOOTHIE

As you all (hopefully) already know, we’re celebrating #PeachSeason here at ‘Our Fitness MO’ and it was time for a recipe. Since we’re done with our vacations and summer festivals, we’re ready to get our diets back on track.

A refreshing and fruit post-workout smoothie was the perfect answer to our maintaining our health #goals and keeping the summer feels alive.

We’ve whipped up a peach and strawberry smoothie with the added benefits for Vital Proteins marine collagen.

Collagen has been a buzzy health food product for a few months now and we’re into it. It is less protein than traditional protein powders but fuels your muscles just the same. In addition to the muscular aid, it does wonder for your hair, skin, nails, and overall bone health. Of course, it’s not vegan, but it is paleo approved, Whole 30 approved, and gluten free!

Ingredients (Serves 1)
– 1 cup Filtered Water
– 1 Peach
– 5 Strawberries
– 1/2 cup Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
– 1 tsp Chia Seeds
– 2 scoops Vital Protein Marine Collagen Peptides
– 2 tsp MCT Oil
– 5 Ice Cubes
– 1 tsp Honey (optional)

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
