We love keeping up with the latest trends, and today we’re going to give you the scoop on one of the hottest and newest workouts around! Our good friends in Australia are always up on their fitness game, and they did not disappoint with their most recent creation. WARNING! This is only for those who are looking for a real challenge, and some killer results. If you’re ready to level up your training, then keep reading.

Let us introduce to you…..F45. (short for Function 45)

F45 incorporates High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. It’s a triple threat! In a short 45 minutes, the combination of these three training styles performed in a group setting (for some extra motivation and accountability) aims to burn a minimum of 750 calories per session. Yup you heard us, 750! So to all of us with that #girlboss life with no time to spare, throw on your workout gear and tie up a good ponytail, things are about to get serious!

F45 will provide you with one of the most effective interval, cardiovascular stimulating, and strength training programs on the market. You’ll be working multiple body parts at once to get the most bang for your buck.
