First off, happy Labour Day! Whether you’re soon going back to school, are starting a new job, or are like us and still think of September as the month of fresh starts, it’s a good time to set new intentions.
All around we’ve been seeing letter’s of intention for the month of September. So, we took it one step further and wrote a letter to ourselves. This therapeutic method allowed us to jot our thoughts down, be honest, and in a way hold ourselves to our best standard.
By the end of 2017, we can look back at our letter and see if we have achieved what we set out to do. If we start to lose our way, we can look back at our letters and reconnect.
While this started out as a fun idea, it ended up being an amazingly positive experience for the both of us. We want you to write letter’s to yourself and tag us on Instagram @OurFitness_MO and using the hashtags #MySeptemberMO and #DearSelf.
